REFUND POLICY

Please refer to our size guide when placing an order to guarantee you are ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, changing your mind, or receiving an unwanted gift.

We offer a seven-day return or exchange policy, which means you have seven days from the time you receive your item to seek a return or exchange for a VALID cause, such as damaged goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@qaysandlayla.com The cost of your return/exchange is your responsibility. We strongly advise choosing a tracked means of shipping to ensure your package arrives securely; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow a grace period of 7-10 working days from when your item was received for payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please note items that we receive that do not meet the conditions for return will NOT be eligible for a refund will be sent back to the original owner and will have to cover the cost of delivery.
