SHIPPING POLICY

All our items are ready-made (unless specified), please allow 2-3 working days for your items to be processed and be out for delivery. 

UK DELIVERY

All UK deliveries are sent out through Royal Mail tracked and It can take between 2-5 working days for your order to arrive.

EUROPE DELIVERY

All Europe orders are sent through Royal Mail tracked. It can take between 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. 

US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

All US/Canada/Rest of The World Deliveries are sent through Royal mail track. Please keep in mind it can take between 7-14  working days for your order to arrive. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES 

Because customs clearance and import duties and taxes are completely out of our control, Qays & Layla is NOT responsible for any delays. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be charged by customs officials upon delivery to your country is NOT covered by orders payments. We strongly advise that you research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residency online or by contacting them directly before placing an order with Qays & Layla. If you fail to comply with customs and the parcel is returned to Qays & Layla, you will be responsible for the additional return and re-delivery fees.

All orders regardless of location are provided with tracking details. Please use the tracking numbers to keep up to date with when your order will arrive. Qays & Layla are not liable for any charges incurred for re-deliveries.
